SUWANNEE, Ga. -- The intersection of Hamilton Mill Road and the I-85 Northbound exit ramp is confusing. So much so, that most drivers there are breaking the law without even know it.

That's what happened to school counselor, Jennifer Little, and she was given a citation. She
...more contacted Commuter Dude because she wasn't exactly sure what she did wrong.

When Dude shot the story, he was confused too. So he brought in the Gwinnett County Police to clarify the violation. And even with a patrol officer standing on the side of the road, 98 percent of all the drivers we saw, broke the law.

SUWANEE, Ga. -- Cyber bullying takes on many forms, but a new trend among teenagers has police trying to find creative ways to make arrests before they get out of hand.

In Gwinnett County, a 14-year-old boy was charged with Identity Fraud for bullying a 14-year-old girl on Twitter.
...more The boy was arrested after he opened a Twitter account in the girl's name and posted lewd comments purporting to be her. "In this particular case there wasn't anything that really applied because we don't have any of those cyber bullying statutes in Georgia," said Cpl. Jake Smith of the Gwinnett County Police Department.

The boy was convicted for fraudulently using the girl's identification and sentenced to 40 hours of community service. "We see these kinds of things in the news that escalate to horrible proportions," Cpl. Smith said. "We don't want to see any more of that, so we would absolutely like this to be a lesson to others."

"My entire family was devastated that

Here's a driving question for you. You pull up to an intersection and a sign instructs you to stop for a pedestrian crossing. After coming to a complete stop, are you legally permitted to move forward and make a right on red, if no sign exists prohibiting you from doing so? The answer might surprise you like it did Jennifer Little who contacted Commuter Dude for clarification.

This year’s Art on a Limb pieces are mugs created by Dacula-based artist Sandra Nissen. Like many of the tiles she created for the 2007 Art on a Limb program, this year’s mugs, which are in an assortment of glaze colors, include impressions of leaves picked up on Nissen’s walks along the Suwanee Creek Greenway.
The child of an Air Force colonel, Nissen grew up in many states and two countries. She received a bachelor’s degree in industrial design (with a minor in ceramics) from the Philadelphia
