"I love the paperwork and the percentages."

Together, they're creating colorful clothing for moms.

The idea was born out of Vicki's frustration. A former attorney, Vicki, stayed at home with

PHILADELPHIA -- A $17 million settlement has been reached in the wrongful-death case of two Hungarian students killed in a duck boat collision with a barge in Philadelphia.

Attorneys say families of the victims will split $15 million and 18 surviving passengers will split $2 million.

The surprise settlement came Wednesday after just two days of testimony in what was supposed to be a month-long federal trial.

A tugboat-guided barge slammed into the amphibious duck boat on the Delaware River in July 2010.

NORCROSS, Ga. (WXIA) -- Possums invading a first floor apartment is not something anyone would want to experience.

Since early April, Lakisha Dominick said she, her husband and two children have killed eight of them in their apartment.

The family says they repeatedly told
...more management at the Highland Lakes Apartments in Norcross about it, but despite exterminators, they said the possums just kept showing up.

Dominick says she even brought two of them to the front office looking for help.

Fearing illness or disease, the family has since moved out of the apartment and for now, they are living with relatives.

Management has offered another apartment, but they said that wouldn't be available until mid-June. Dominick says management has also offered a month's free rent. But the family wants more.

But in Georgia, what Dominick is entitled to is quite limited.

NORCROSS, Ga. -- Possums have been invading a family's ground-floor apartment at the Highland Lakes Apartments in Norcross.

There have been so many "invasions," the residents -- Lakisha Dominick and her husband and their two daughters, ages 4 and 8 -- have moved out.  But they
...more cannot break their lease. The parents are still paying rent on the apartment even though they have moved in with relatives elsewhere.

Dominick said Tuesday that they first saw possums in their fireplace on April 4.

"We were watching TV," she said. "And I hear a scratching noise.  And it's basically, I looked -- it's a possum.  The mama possum, in the fireplace."

Since then, she said, she and her husband have killed eight possums that were scurrying around their apartment.

Exterminators have not figured out how the possums are getting inside.

"They came, they put out traps, they did whatever they did, but whatever they did did not work. It did not

PHILADELPHIA -- A trial is getting under way in federal court to determine the dollar amount two vessel operators may have to pay following a collision of a tugboat-guided barge and a sightseeing boat two years ago in Philadelphia that left two Hungarian students dead.
