ATLANTA -- FGT Bar and Grill is now under new management and has greatly improved it's score on a health inspection done Friday, May 11th.  It has now score 98 A, a significant change from before.

In April, Food Fighters got the latest health inspection reports from DeKalb County and
...more headed out the the Perimeter to find the restaurant on that list with the lowest score.  FGT Bar and Grill at the Atlanta Perimeter Hotel and Suites only scored a C which is why we wanted to talk with them.

There were some serious violations that included storing raw food above ready to eat and cooked food and temperatures that were too warm in the cooler which meant they had to throw some food away.

...more Morgan would serve as counsel, along with his former right hand man, attorney John Petry.

11Alive's Duffie Dixon contacted Morgan by phone Tuesday morning.

"All I can say is that ethically we cannot comment on our client roster," said Morgan.

Sources say Morgan will use his former right hand man as co-counsel.  John H. Petrey worked with Morgan in the prosecutor's office for years. Petrey is now a defense attorney in Decatur.  Petrey is considered formidable in the courtroom after making a name

ATLANTA -- An administrative judge presided over a hearing in the case of Sneiderman v. Sneiderman Thursday at the Fulton County courthouse. It's a child visitation complaint that extends the drama surrounding the Dunwoody daycare killing.

Donald and Marilyn Sneiderman are in court
...more because they want to see their young grandchildren.  They are the children of Andrea Sneiderman, who appeared in a court setting for the first time since she was banished from the DeKalb County courthouse during the murder trial of her co-worker, Hemy Neuman.  A jury found Neuman guilty but insane in the killing of Rusty Sneiderman, Andrea Sneiderman's husband and the late son of the grandparents seeking visitation.

During that trial, Andrea Sneiderman was an occasionally combative witness.  Attorneys in the trial claimed that she manipulated Hemy Neuman into killing her husband so that she and Neuman could be together.

Andrea Sneiderman hasn't been accused of any crime,

ATLANTA -- Moments after her divorce from convicted killer Hemy Neuman was signed, the woman formerly known as Ariela Neuman spoke to 11Alive News.

She is now using her maiden name, Barkoni, and until now has never granted a televised interview.

The Israeli born mother of two
...more talked about the drastic turn her life has taken since her husband's arrest and conviction.

"It's not easy but this is what I have to do and I have to continue to move on for my life and first of all for my kids' lives. We deserve it," said Barkoni.

Hemy Neuman was convicted in March for shooting and killing Rusty Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody Daycare.

Much of the evidence and testimony alleged an affair between Hemy Neuman and the victim's wife, Andrea Sneiderman.

Because Barkoni was only estranged from Neuman, not divorced, she could not be called as a witness.

"She stayed married to him through the trial so she could not be compelled to

"The
...more doctors think I'm doing great, and I feel like I'm doing great," Del Valle said.

Seven months ago, Isaac was the inspiration behind a bone marrow drive organized by 11Alive and CURE Childhood Cancer.

Isaac needed a bone marrow transplant after a relapse of t-cell leukemia.

His mother, Linda, proved to be a partial match and his best option.

The transplant took place in November.

"It feels reassuring that my cells are in his body," Linda Del Valle said. "I hope that continues. It feels really good to be his donor."

Isaac still has to take precautions by wearing long sleeves, a hat and mask. But he's getting stronger every day.
