MABLETON, Ga. (WXIA) -- A 21-year-old woman has been arrested on charges related to the stabbing death of her sister.

Cobb County police spokesman Mike Bowman said the suspect, Chakaya Folborg, got into an argument with Dyches and stabbed her repeatedly with a knife.

Folborg has been charged with murder and aggravated assault. She is being held without bond in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.

MARIETTA, Ga. -- A Georgia prosecutor told jurors a former attorney for gun manufacturer Glock Inc. was essentially running the company's U.S. operations and used his position to steal millions from his employer.

...more Attorney John Butters listed various methods that he says Paul Jannuzzo used to siphon money into personal accounts. He says Jannuzzo stole money by fabricating loan documents and pilfering corporate funds.

Defense lawyers chose to defer their opening statement until they begin presenting their case.

Jannuzzo has pleaded not guilty. He worked for the U.S. division of Glock, which is based in Austria.

A former Glock vice president confessed nine years ago to the company's founder that he and Jannuzzo stole from Glock. He's expected to testify against Jannuzzo.

ATLANTA (WXIA) -- Marietta science fiction author Mitchell Gross pleaded guilty Tuesday to federal wire fraud and money laundering charges.

According to a release from the US Attorney's office, Gross began a romantic relationship with a woman he met through an internet dating service
...more - and claiming he was independantly wealthy and financially secure, convinced the woman to to wire nearly $3 million to an account controlled by Gross.

In a second scheme, the US Attorney said Gross befriended an unmarried couple and represented himself as "successful lawyer and entrepreneur." The release said Gross had been disbarred in 1991 for engaging in "dishonesty, fraud and deceit."

The release said Gross got the couple to pay about $2.2 million in "legal fees" to Gross over the course of 10 years in relation to a supposed lawsuit related to the couple's real estate business. According to the US Attorney, no such lawsuit existed, and the money they paid to Gross

KENNESAW, Ga - Cobb Police have identified the suspect accused of stabbing a transit bus driver, while the director of Cobb's bus service says the victim himself may be in some hot water.

...more an incident on board a Cobb Transit bus Monday afternoon. Cobb police say Twyne pulled a knife while on the bus, then stabbed the driver with his own pen.

According to officers, Twyne was on a bus near Towne Center Mall when she got into an argument. Police say Twyne borrowed a cell phone from another passenger but refused to return it.

Cobb police say when bus driver Damian Haney tried to stop the fight, Twyne displayed a knife. During a struggle the knife fell to the floor. Police say Twyne grabbed a pen from Haney's shirt pocket and stabbed him repeatedly in the face.

ATLANTA -- The local author of a fantasy trilogy who was accused of bilking women out of millions of dollars is scheduled to enter a guilty plea in federal court.

Mitchell Gross' defense attorney Jerry Froelich said his client would plead guilty at a hearing Tuesday to charges

The 61-year-old Marietta man was charged last year with bilking a Florida real estate agent he met through an online Jewish dating site into investing about $3 million in a sham company that he secretly controlled. They say he used some of the money to repay another woman who he had bilked out of at least $1.4 million.

Gross writes under the pen names Mitchell Graham and Douglas Alan. His work includes a suspense story called "Circle of Lies."

SMYRNA, Ga. -- Police have identified the driver of the car involved in a single-car wreck on the on ramp of I-75 at Cumberland Boulevard on Saturday morning. 

According to investigators, the driver, 17-year-old Derrick Pritchett got into an accident after trying to evade a Cobb
...more County emergency vehicle attempting to make a traffic stop. 

Pritchett was transported to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital where he was pronounced dead.  

One passenger was pronounced dead on the scene and the other is in critical condition at Grady Hospital. 

Investigators believe the dead passenger to be a juvenile but have not been able to positively identify him.
